We do our best to accommodate casual parties and events during our normal business hours, which are: Wednesday-Friday, 5pm-1am and Saturday, 8pm-1am. If you are interested in hosting a casual party during our normal business hours, please complete the Casual Event Request Form. We will only consider event requests that are submitted at least 72 hours before your desired event start time. Any event requests that fall outside of our normal hours of operations are considered private event requests, and you must reach out to Harvard's Events Management Office to reserve the space during these times.
The pub can accommodate groups of up to 350 people. We are not able to reserve or rope off space for your group during our normal operational hours. There are no rental or staffing fees for groups that choose to host events in the pub during normal operational hours.
You may pre-order drink tickets which are $5.50 each, and are good for all beer, non-alcoholic drinks and wines. Any unused drink tickets should be returned to the manager on duty so that we only charge you for what you actually use.
Please review our Catering Menu to find out about our food offerings for larger events. Please also note that for any event that occurs during our Wednesday Wing Night (which runs every Wednesday from 5-8pm), the maximum number of wings that can be ordered by any group is 100 wings.
We accept cash, Crimson Cash, credit cards (with the exception of Discover and Diners Club cards) and Harvard 33 digit billing codes as payment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Harvard P-Cards or C-Cards under any circumstances. If you would like to use a 33-digit code, please let us know in advance as it will be required to hold the pub for the date of your event.
